Danny is a Louisiana-based attorney, policy advisor, and nonprofit executive with extensive experience working with state and federal policymakers, associations, boards, and mission-driven organizations.

He has advised organizations on complex public policy issues, helped shape legislation and administrative rules, and supported boards and executive teams through periods of growth, transition, and reform.

I work with organizations that operate in regulated spaces, depend on public funding or public trust, or need to engage effectively with policymakers, agencies, and stakeholders.

My work is informed by direct experience inside government, alongside nonprofit and association leadership, and through legal practice. I have drafted and analyzed legislation, supported rulemaking and public comment processes, advised boards and executive teams, and served as a primary point of contact with state and federal decision-makers.

Unlike traditional consultants who operate at arm’s length, I work directly with leadership and staff to move work forward. That may mean shaping advocacy strategy during a legislative session, responding to agency action on a tight deadline, advising on governance or restructuring decisions, or stepping in to provide additional capacity when internal teams are stretched.
